Project Manager
As a senior project manager you take up a leading role in all commercial and project schedule aspects.
You investigate requests for projects and match client needs with the possibilities of our organisation.
You think along with the management to ensure a qualitative, safe and profitable realisation of the project.
You manage high technology projects with budgets over SGD 10 million and you are responsible for the set-up of the ‘master plan’: the resources needed and the legal conditions concerning people, tools, infrastructure, logistics, contactors, budget, etc.

You are involved and responsible as from the offer up to the finalization of the different projects.

Mechanical Engineer
Mechanical engineers use well established engineering principles to provide efficient solutions to the development of processes and products, ranging from small component designs to extremely large plant, machinery or components.
Mechanical engineering is thought to be one of the most diverse engineering disciplines with opportunities available in a wide range of industries.
Mechanical engineers work on a project from the initial brief, through the design and development stage, to the testing of one or more prototypes, right through to final manufacture and implementation.

Cleanroom Engineer
A Cleanroom engineer develops economical Cleanroom concepts to cater for the specific needs of the customers. A large range of products will be considered when designing and specifying the critical system components. Typically we provide services for the Design and Construction of Cleanrooms for the Semiconductor, Flat Panel, Food & Beverage respectively Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industry.
Our work is project-orientated and you may be working on a number of projects, all at various different stages, at any given time. We act as Cleanroom engineering company which provides consultancies services.
Typical work activities include:

- Assessing Cleanroom concepts for their relevance, and assessing the adequacy of engineering equipment

Process Engineer
A process engineer develops economical industrial processes to make the huge range of products on which modern society depends, including: food and drink; fuel; artificial fibres; pharmaceuticals; chemicals; plastics; toiletries; energy; and clean water.

Controls System Engineer
Assists in the design, engineering and implementation of new control systems or upgrading of existing control systems such as ESD system, fire detection, gas detection etc.
Electrical Engineer
Provide technical assistance and solutions when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.
Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment.
Modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional deviations.
Set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance of developmental parts, assemblies, or systems under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
Collaborate with electrical engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve developmental problems.
Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
Write commissioning procedures for electrical installations.
Prepare project cost and work-time estimates.
Evaluate engineering proposals, shop drawings and design comments for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and design criteria, and recommend approval or disapproval.
Draw or modify diagrams and write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of experimental electronics units.
Conduct inspections for quality control and assurance programs, reporting findings and recommendations.
Prepare contracts and initiate, review and coordinate modifications to contract specifications and plans throughout the construction process.
Plan, schedule and monitor work of support personnel to assist supervisor.
Review existing electrical engineering criteria to identify necessary revisions, deletions or amendments to outdated material.
Perform supervisory duties such as recommending work assignments, approving leaves and completing performance evaluations. Plan method and sequence of operations for developing and testing experimental electronic and electrical equipment. Visit construction sites to observe conditions impacting design and to identify solutions to technical design problems involving electrical systems equipment that arise during construction.
Quality Engineer
Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for industrial processes, materials, and products.
Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as chemical, electrical, or mechanical.
Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.
Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.
Directs workers engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
Compiles and writes training material and conducts training sessions on quality control activities. May specialize in areas of quality control engineering, such as design, incoming material, process control, product evaluation, product reliability, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software, research and development and administrative application.
AutoCAD Designer
When a client initially contacts our engineering team, it is our job to create an initial 2D layout proposal for the client to show how the new equipment will fit into the desired dimensions. Once an order has been placed, we can use 3D CAD modeling techniques to design the equipment and to produce technical drawings.

Senior CAD / BIM Designer
Job Duties
Draft plans, sections, details, detail cut outs in AutoCAD, REVIT MEP and REVIT Architecture, based on verbal / written (hand sketches) given by the relevant supervisor / System Engineer.
– Provide design assistance to other Designers and Engineers.
– Produce drawings / BIM model consistent with instruction, guidelines and CAD/BIM standards for MEP/Special pipe – and Architectural Systems.
– Modify Architectural CAD/BIM files for use in MEP/Architecture design drawings (clean-up, audit reference, troubleshoot).
– Prepare project deliverables for client submissions.
– Responsible for drawing development coordination from engineering up to construction stage (overall and detail construction drawings).

– Able to read and understand technical hand sketches provided by System Engineers.
