INTER SOLAR 2009            Exhibition              Munich, Germany             May 27-29

Since the first time Intersolar opened its doors in 1991, the exhibition has enjoyed growing prominence across the world. As the international platform for solar technology, it reflects the dynamic development along the entire value added chain in the areas of photovoltaics and solar thermal technology – and therefore encompasses far more than any other event.

Intersolar brings people and markets together under the guiding principle, “Connecting Solar Business”. And as trade visitors from over 150 countries have confirmed: no other event brings together so many decision makers from industry, trade and commerce with solar industry manufacturers, suppliers, institutes and associations. The world’s leading solar exhibition therefore facilitates the targeted, personal exchange of valuable information relating to products, markets and services.

Intersolar Europe, which took place from June 9 to 11, 2010 has once again posted record figures. Compared with 2009, the number of exhibitors has risen from 1,414 to 1,884 and the exhibition area from 104,000 sqm to 134,000 sqm (1,4 million sq.ft.). The number of visitors has gone up from 58,627 to more than 72,000.
